The Bunker is London's newest Off-West End theatre housed in a former underground parking garage in London Bridge. The space has been transformed from its original abandoned state into a unique 110-seater studio theatre.
With four concrete pillars marking out the thrust performance space, an eclectic mix of audience seating on three sides of the stage, and a snug bar tucked into the corner of the venue, The Bunker has a unique character of its own.
The Bunker believes in theatre with purpose: We provide ambitious artists a home in which to share their work with adventurous audiences. Our audiences and artists are at the forefront of the work we are interested in.
We champion each piece in The Bunker and we want the stage filled with exciting and exhilarating contemporary theatre.

I love this place. It has a warm, funky atmosphere and is a great place to spend an evening. A wonderfully diverse range of theatre, comedy, and dance. And not to mention, their amazing staff!

A memorable experience! The Bunker is such a unique theatre. You feel like you're going into the depths of the earth as the approach to the entrance is significantly sloped. A multitude of different seating available, something to suit everyone. Cushioned sofa, black leather armchairs, with quaint table lamps aglow. Wooden chairs, metal chairs, bar stools. You name it, they seem to have it. Reception were very friendly and Lee at the bar was so pleasant. Wish they served tea. The theatre was great and "La Ronde" was magnificent. Such talent! Lots of funny scenes but also some sad. Alex Vlahos as the cancer sufferer, named George (I believe), was so convincing he had me paralysed with sad emotion. Yes, an excellent show with such young and super talented people. I will be visiting again, even though I live quite far away. I wish you all huge success.
