Firstly the item didn't arrive and then after a protracted dispute I didn't receive a refund either.
They claim the item had been delivered after producing a tracking number , but I guarantee 100% I didn't receive the item or any post off notifications or delivery cards and there doesn't appear to be any reference to my address when I tried the tracking information.
They may have good ratings and review's but if things go wrong they don't want to know and therefore my experience of them is satisfactory and costly.

Excellent service. Fast delivery. Loved the cardmaking Craftwork Cards items and a cheaper price.
