They don't employ nearly enough telephone operators resulting in extremely long phone queues.

Don't choose BUPA.

I took out a policy six months ago. I have a pre-condition which I explained in detail and was told was covered and not excluded. Upon claim, turns out I'm not covered!

They'll duck out of anything insurance companies, and BUPA's no different. At the end of the day their priorities are the shareholders, not patients.
