Burcher & Co offers casual and informal dining in the heart of Lymington.

Butcher was established partly to fill a demand from our local audience and also to take advantage of the obvious wealth of fresh produce sourced on our doorstep wherever possible, from local suppliers in the New Forest, we offer a relaxed & informal dining experience.

Head Chef Matt Budden ensures produce is freshly delivered each morning and our menu is presented as it should be, focusing always on flavour and quality.

If you fancy a glass of crisp white wine and a plate of tapas with friends at lunchtime in Lymington, then this is where you’ll find it!

And in the evenings kick back relax and cosy up on the sofa in front of the log burner, in the town’s most popular destination.
