Dirty restaurant rubbish left on all tables and floor

Ok food but bad service

Dirty messy shop , tables and floors need cleaning.
Food luke warm nearly cold
RANCID .

Came here today with my daughter and sister, food was great just like it always is, but unfortunately the baby high chair was absoueltly appauling, very, very dirty. chips and burger all over it, had to clean it myself with hand sanitizer, 0 hygiene rating.

Not bad but quite busy and the tables are a bit grubby as they aren't cleared vften enough.

I love Burger King food, ok, but is it actually that difficult to get my order right?
Every single time there's something wrong, the staff does not pay attention and gives you whatever comes.
I have worked in a take away, we used to work two people per shift, and even at really busy times, we really tried our best to serve people AT LEAST the food they actually ordered. But today it wasn't even busy, why did I get the wrong sndwich once again..?
Still, the food is nice, therefore, the three.

Six tills and only one person serving is simply not good enough, the queue is huge. The staff arguing amongst themselves at the till in front of all the staff doesn't look good either. Well done Joel and Stephen.

I wrote the first part before I actually got my food. Finally got my food and it was exactly what you'd expect from a Burger King, except it was hot so that's a plus I guess. There was no toy in the kid's meal though, much to the devastation of my 5 year old son. Also, I don't know what the hell their cups are made of but as soon as my son put his straw in, the bottom fell through! Thanks for that little mess to clean up...
