Big shout out to TROY working today who was an absolute star. We came in with 12 kids on a birthday party which must be a total nightmare as each little darling had their own particular likes and dislikes and someone forgot to tell us what they wanted... Troy took it all his stride and managed to get all the orders out quickly and correctly. He replaced a bun top for a little cherub who doesn't like mayo, he carried ketchup around, and at one point I caught him opening it for some kids who couldn't do it! Thank you! You kept your sense of humour throughout and were fab.

Won't accept vouchers now via burgerking app. We visited alot especially drive through. Staff always helpful

I was very disappointed with my visit. My daughter got stuck in the toilet... Took around 15 mins to find someone to get her out! Got an apology but as my daughter was only 5 & was pretty scared we wasn't offered anything... We then had to stand in a queue for 10 mins to be served! I asked for extra sauce & was charged for it!! Customer service was awful. Won't be going back.

I tried the bacon king, if it wasn't so dry and tasteless of bacon then it would of been ok. 8 rashers of bacon? 8 slithers of the fatty streaky bit. And why have you a photo of an Air France Concorde that hasn't even set tyre in Filton?

Disappointed with my order, got home (less than 5 mins away) food was cold and one burger missing!! tried calling store but can't get an answer

All the staff were miserable and burgers cold. Not many chips in a portion either

The ATTITUDE you get is disgusting. Very unprofessional arguing with customers, admitting to the fact they didn’t listen to the customer but then carried on trying to blame the customer. Even worse all of this in front of children.



There’s a kfc next door and a McDonald down the road, if your after fast food.....go there ��

Worst fast food meal I have had! Half of the menu was 'unavailable'. The Food was cold, the meal was tiny and vile. Poor customer service.

Went yesterday with my friend and daughter, first trip ever to any burger king. Forgot to give us the milk or burger in the kids meal so basically had a bag of chips and a toy so had to go back up! Ordered the big king as it looked pretty close to a big mac and it was disgusting. Its like, a crappy version of mcdonalds with bad versions of their food and really rubbish toys in the kids meals.

Went here this evening and wanted to try a Bacon King. When I actually opened the bag I ended up with a Chicken Royale. Seriously unimpressed! If the people listened over their headsets properly and stopped fooling around customers may get what they asked for, or if the headsets need replacing, replace them.



I would have taken back but being disabled I couldn’t be bothered but what I ended up with was rubbish and not worth the £7.49 I got charged!

Very poor value for money, staff who couldn't speak english, didn't get what i ordered 3 times before they got it right, for the amount paid & fact everyone's still hungry wont be coming back anytime soon

Totally agree was vile I waited 10 minutes after Mel was served changing till money not even apologising won't be going back very poor service

The staff couldn't be bothered, both burger and chips were cold, asked for fresh and all they did was warm them up

Simple the worse customer service I have ever witnessed from Tom. Got our order incorrect, which isn't a massive problem if it rectified. Went back through the drive thur, where by the time we got back to be served due to the que our food was cold. I politely asked that all the food was replaced for Tom to through the bag of food across the serving desk in a temper, and not speak a word and storm off. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never go back here again.

My wife and I pulled into the drive through ordered our food then after seen a sign saying to pass over any coupon deals. We attempted to do this but was ignored and we can hear the guy talking to other staff/customers so we waited patiently and he ignored us completely. When we eventually got to the window we told the guy about the vouchers and with an attitude and aggressive manor towards my wife he said that we need to let him know next time. We told him that we had attempted to but was ignored. He admitted that he heard us but ignored us due to serving customers which is fine if he had communicated to us. Because he had such a attitude towards ourselves in front of our children we had left without paying or collecting food. Will be in no rush to approach the cribbs causeway branch with employees who speak to customers in such a manor.

Im discusted by the customer service i recieved here, the staff are rude and for the price u pay i would expect my food placed into the bag not thrown in and the portion size is crap if i could give no stars i would. I normally go to mcdonalds and this is why much better customer service and price
