Burger King

Ordered online at this restaurant today and there were two major problems :
1) their so called tracking service did not move past the “received by store” stage so I couldn’t know where my order was
2) after an hour, I called the store 8 TIMES with no answer and my food still no where to be found. I couldn’t contact the store so I now have to go down there and explain.
APPAULING SERVICE

Well sometimes chilli cheese bite don't have a nice amount of sauce in them and last 2 time I bought a burger it was made so badly it fell apart right after taken the wrapper off

Update: 2 Burger are a lot better now and chilli cheese bite those dam pigeons are so unhealthy to be around food places I can't eat my food in peace

Update 3 last night I was given cold chilli cheese bites and you closing way to earlier base on your time

Update 4 haven't seen them close earlier so that better

Rubbish service, always out of milkshakes (for 3 years) untidy. Miserable staff.

This place is DISGUSTING! I would not advise you eat here. Toilets are dirty, tables are dirty and even the food had hairs in! I had been there before and had the same experience. I thought I would give them a second chance and to be honest it needs closing down!!!!

The menu remains the same. The person at the cash counter was rude. Only had soft drinks.

It's pricier than other fast food restaurants. I can't see a smile on any of the staff's face. Beside this the place is messy. The floor is sticky, the tables are messy. I can't seem to find any cleaner around. Especially in a lunch rush there should be at least one countinously working. All I see is that costumers has to take the rubbish off the table a lot of the time. Hygiene is a big issue here

Even though I still regularly use this Burger King I'm afraid the service can be quite poor. No fault of the normal staff but there never seems to be a decent manager leading the team which leaves the staff stranded at times having to deal with aggressive customers. Change of management will help improve overall experience as I've never had a problem with the food.

Quick service but there is plenty to be desired.

Terrible fries. Not the usual type you get from burger king. It was as though they had run out and nipped to iceland and got the cheapest frozen chips. The drinks machine dispensed only flat drinks. One machine had no ice. The burger was not upto the usual standard. Very disappointed.

Brilliant no queue very hot food chips were fantastic asked for mayo got 3 . Chicken Royale very nice . Restaurant clean and staff very efficient and helpful .
