Very good, little bit expensive

Would not say it's the Best BK, service is always slow, but it was clean an staff polite

The meal was very good but the service was woeful. I also have no idea who decided that the location of the self service drinks dispenser should be at a "pinch point" between the service area & the restaurant seating area. The Children formed a mass around the machine completely blocking the access. Sadly the combination of poor service, access and egress spoiled was could have been a good all round experience

Terrible food, bad service. If I wanted a fish finger butty I'd have stayed home and made one. Will not be back!!!

Slow service, no staff.

Explains why the place is always empty

Served by a socially inept fool, then discovered my burger looked like it had fallen from space.

What a total mess.

Wrong order called to sort it out and got swore at the kid on the other end needs a lesson in customer care. Food was cold and stale aswel as being wrong wont ever spend my money in another burger king again out of principle for the way it was all dealt with.

Warning to parents, please do not let your children go here! Even if they have paid and are in group they will get accused of stealing ( when they fill up their drinks ) and told they are on cctv. After complaining about this situation to the manger , he told me directly that he told the whole group not any individual, ( so that's makes it ok then !!) and then even went on to say that adults are even warned that they're better not be stealing as you are on cctv.

Never presume, never accuse and all I can say is - look at your bloody cctv before you accuse innocent children and adults of potentially stealing . Rant over ����

Just been and had lunch here absolutely vile everything stone cold nothing like we used to have here burgers didn't taste right only 2 adults whopper meals and a child's meal but certainly a waste of £22 May aswell just put cash in the bin as that's what happened to the food!

I have just found rat shit in with my food I have never seen anything like you burger smelling like rat shit I'm so guna sue u never will I eat there again there chips were cold the cokes flat should be shut down

Had to repeat the order twice. Got the wrong size. Took ages no ketchup despite asking.

Food is great, when they bother serving you. They frequently turn everyone away during their opening hours. This branch always ‘closes’ way before it is supposed to (by at least 3 hours) and you can find them all out the back having a cigarette, where only the drive through is open. But conveniently, when you get to the drive through window their card machine is ALWAYS ‘broken’, yet it works for the person behind you. Disgusting attitudes from all team members including the so called ‘manager’, and they like to make up fake names when you complain - I don’t believe everyone in their branch is called David as they like to frequently tell me.
