Went in really late (close to closing) for a bite to eat. Had the burger topped with lobster and it was possibly the best burger in the world. Wish I had more lobster added the burger because it was so yummy. The portion was standard sized. The staff was very friendly and accommodating . Great location as well.

We had the burger lobster combo and it was so delicious, when it came to the table I was shocked to see how much there was. We also had the crab cakes, tempura prawns, peanut butter sundae and chocolate mousse.lets just say we left very happy and full, we will definitely go again

Their "Beast Burger" is something to behold! It's set a new standard for burgers in the city! The atmosphere, service, food and drinks are second to none! Even the house red wine tastes better than most premium wines! Could not recommend this place enough!

The burgers are very good the lobster is too desserts are great everything apart from the beer was great in truth so stick to the cocktails..

Service was exceptional

I went as a last minute decision with my partner and when we arrived was seated straight away. The staff were very pleasant and my waiter was fantastic. He was patient, pleasant,helpful and even showed me how to eat my lobster as im quite the novice. But the building was beautiful not crowded for a friday evening. I could actually have a conversation and not have to shout as atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was lush i had basic lobster salad and chips, my partner had the burger. I would definitely recommend this branch.

Hi there I'm coming to your restaurant on the 15th March booked for 44 people... we are all Muslim tourist from Malaysia... I would like to reconfirm that this outlet do you serve bacon on your burgers? How about the sos for the lobster is there any alcohol in it?

Have heard lots about this place and as it's local to my work decided to try it I wasn't disappointed great food spacious & great ambiance what a brilliant idea to only serve 2 or 3 dishes the lobster burger combo was so tasty perfect portions I shared with my sister but deffo next time will have it all to myself to lovely not to. The peanut ice cream is the best I've ever tasted prices are reasonable can't wait for my next visit!

Had dinner with wife and daughter, food impresses us with the portion and super yummy especially with the cheese sauce. Staff was friendly and very responsive with creative answer. Definitely will recommend to others for whoever coming to London!

Had been looking forward to this as been recommended. 3 had the burger and said one of the best they have had I had the lobster & burger combo and would recommend ,the lobster was a good size, very good evening

Amazing food, great drink selection, fantastic service and the ambiance of the restaurant is perfect, spacious and not too loud and still cosy enough to sit around and chat. £26 pounds for a grilled live lobster? Bargain! Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our first experience and the service was excellent

A real big thank you to the great staff who pulled out a monster lobster for our 5yr old to be terrified, bewildered by and fascinated with, really made the day, lunch was superb as always.

We found the claw cracker a bit hard to use - needed more grip

But we loved the food!!!

Popped in for a grilled lobster on a Friday afternoon. Ample seating (between services) and staff(very smiley and attentive).



I had read reviews saying that the grilled lobster wasn't that good and that it's better to go for steamed. I prefer grilled so I had it and it was very fresh, perfectly cooked and well presented(+ unlimited sides and sauce.. mmh, the sauce.. ).



Cocktails are original and well made (try the one with Gin, Mango, Cucumber!)

Great food for sure and good value on the food. Drinks are really overpriced though! Walk ins can sometimes result with sitting on a high chair which is not great if you're after a dinner experience! Service is often very good by the staff but the wait for food is a real killer!!!

Booked in advance for a table of 16 - had no problem changing numbers slightly at last minute I was courtesy called in the afternoon, although later in the evening another receptionist called and then hung up. I called back within one minute as I thought something was wrong with the table or booking then she tried to argue with me saying she or nobody else called, I insisted that I have the proof right here as it’s on my phone but again she insisted I was wrong and tried to patronise me after that she said “ok” and hung up not even saying bye. Restaurant was severely understaffed we waited quite a while to have our food order taken. When we wanted to ask for additional items and drinks in was like a deserted island no one in sight. Several times I had to get up and look around to grab someone’s attention. Our bill was near enough £500, but was still charged £1 for extra sauce that came with our meal. Good points were the food and they offered to store the Birthday girls cake.

I had the grilled lobster. Some of it was a little chewy. The claws were lovely though but it was all over in a few mouthfuls. The chips were a bit floppy and cold. The butter sauce was lovely but not enough of it.

For dessert I had the peanut butter sundae and I could only eat a few mouthfuls as it was so rich.

The lobsters in the tank all huddled together made me feel really sad. Thankfully I didn't see that before I ate one of them.

Overall it was an extremely expensive dinner and I was tempted to pick up a Burger King on the way home.
