Burger & Lobster

Went during Halloween period and the staff were all dressed up for the occasion! The place was also decorated accordingly. On the food, it's probably best to stick with the classics. We got the Singapore Chilli Roll which comes with more prawns than lobster. Was not spicy at all too. The classic lobster roll would probably be a better deal. Also had the spicy lobster with jasmine rice, which had a more closer taste to Singapore chilli if that is what you are looking for. Otherwise I would also recommend the original steamed or grilled lobster.

I tried it yesterday with my friends. We ordered a lobster and a roll. quite reasonable price for fresh and juicy lobsters with garlic sauce. Impressed by rolls although it was cold, fries are crispy, also recommended. But the service fee just doesn't worth as I waited for a long time for paying the bill and doesn't like the noisy music played.

Come here for the lobster!!! The lobster is so juicy and fresh, either grilled or steamed, the garlic sauce is good also and comes with chips and a salad for £20. Good for groups. Good service.

I visited the Burger & Lobster today.
I had an amazing experience, bringing along my six year old niece for her birthday.

The waiter went above and beyond, he provided a free piece of cake and candles.
Got the whole staff to sing happy birthday.

He tutured myself and my niece on how to eat a lobster & gave my niece a personal tour of the lobster tank.

My niece said as I quote 'it was my best birthday'.

I've attended a few Burger & Lobsters previously and nothing has come close to the service I received.

My wife, our younger daughter and I were here on Saturday afternoon, August 26, 2017, having visited the British Museum until it closed. Our elder daughter came years before and recommended the restaurant to us although she did not like seafood and had burger only. We ordered altogether 2 1/2 pounds of grilled lobsters with their house sauce, fully satisfied not just our taste buds, and enjoyed the lively and warm ambience there!

Food was amazing. Service was excellent and the waitess was so kind (unfortunately forgot her name). Wiped down grill for me before they made my food because I have a very mild (have to ingest it) allergy to shellfish

It was delicious! Everything was good about it. Can't fault it! (My sister had a little trouble ordering a cocktail but the waiter took good care of us) please do go and try it. It is what it says burger and lobster...delicious!

Yummy lobster had 1lb half grilled and half steamed. Slightly over done. But overall service was good, food was tasty.
Place was really buzzy so quite difficult to hear person on other end of table. Sat at table 5 which was good, away from main crowd.

We ordered the 2.2kg lobster with fries and salad for the 4 of us as recommended. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Alex from Italy who served us was friendly, attentive and very proactive. Would definitely be back again soon!
