Burger Plus

What a effin joke, waited over an hour and food "chips" was cold, no burger sauce which I asked for, then I call to complain, and they don't answer the phone.

They also have a very good pizza deal and nice kebabs including chicken doner.

Very bad service every time they get the order wrong, this time I asked the for the guy taking the order over the phone to repeat everything to make sure, & still I got the wrong order! When my sister called to say she received the burger with no egg or mushrooms as the menu had written, the guy said that was what I had ordered! Then I called and spoke to him &he agreed he got it wrong! If you cant take down a simple order then you shouldn’t be running a restaurant. Disgusted with the service.

If I could I would leave no stars, delivery was late, food was vile, cold and overall poor. Chips were cold and soggy the burger was thrown together and the donner meat (if you could call it that) looked grey and tasted like rubber... I'm never using these guys again

Placed an order on Friday 7th of July 2017 of a chicken donner wrap, chicken nuggets and a 12oz burger with chips, it was quite a late order and one of the few takeaway delivery services open. None of the food tasted right, and the following morning we were both very ill. Rang them on Sunday and they said they don't usually deliver to our area and that they will ring me Tuesday to decide what to do, so I told them not to bother as I will ring environmental health on Monday.

After ordering they set back delivery time by half an hour, and after the pain of trying to resolve this they were still late on the delivery. When we finally got our pizza (at ten past twelve at night) it was nowhere near what we ordered, even down to the drink, and to top it all off the pizza was vile. I've come out of this whole experience with both an empty wallet and stomach, fair to say I would never even consider this place again, and will be looking into a full refund as soon as possible.

I ordered a lamb kebab and they gave me gristly beef . Unfortunately for them I work for the food standards agency and will be ensuring the appropriate actions will be taken .

First time trying Burger Plus, they delivered on time. Ordered Pizza and Burgers - Both were proper nice and probably the best cheeseburger I have had in a while. Worth every penny and would deffo order again. Really nice and kind staff ... Go out their way to help.

If you're after a tasty halal pizzas then this is the place. Their whole menu is halal. They also have the usual takeaway fare like burgers and donner kebabs. They do an 18" inch pizza for £10 if you collect. The chicken special is quite tasty.

i used to like this place, don't get me wrong, the food is delicious, however, recently, their service has been terrible. The workers do not understand English, making ordering extremely difficult, they often miss out food, and when you call up to try and get it resolved, they offer a free item next time you order. They need to improve their service massively. I get everyone makes mistakes but this often? Not very good to be honest

We ordered from this restaurant for the food not to show up for two and a half hours. We rung the shop an hour and a half after we had ordered to be told our food was ready but they were waiting for a driver. When the food arrived it was cold and tasted like it has been sat to sit and wait, on top of this food was missing. We rung back the shop for them not to apologise and try to resolve the issue. After telling them i had paid for the missing food and either wanted it or a refund they agreed to drop the food back. After waiting over another hour no food showed up. We rang back in the morning to make a formal complaint for the person to say they where busy and we could have £10 off our next order. I believe we should of been given a refund if not for all the meal but definitely the missing food as we will not be ordering from here again. Long waits, cold food, missing food and steep prices.
