Went here today with my family. Loved it! Staff were very welcoming, food came in good time. Burgers are my favourite food and these are delicious! Onion rings were yummy too. My son had a hot dog and he gobbled it up. Definitely recommend. I will be back for sure! Thank you!

We were in for dinner last night with my 3 year old son. He's obsessed with Marvel.The staff were legendary! They all pretended to be a Marvel character each to keep him entertained.... Batman (Chef) Spider-Man (Assistant Manager) Hulk (Chef) and Cat Woman (Waitress), I didn't get all their real names, but a big thank you to each of them. We had a great time!! We will definitely be back when we are next in Chester. And the food was great too!! x

We went yesterday on the excellent 2 4 1 burgers on Wednesday and as a newly diagnosed Coeliac I was scared to be eating out for the first time especially at a place that seems like it wouldn't be Coeliac friendly. They were lovely and very reassuring i could have a burger wrapped in lettuce and chips and it made me so happy to be able to eat a tasty meal and not get ill! Lovely staff, tasty food, great with kids!

Visited 8th April around 6pm and were welcomed and shown to our table straight away, best burgers and dogs we've had in a long time, fantastic service, great atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you're ever in Chester!!

This is one of our favourite places, the children really enjoy the food, the portion size is perfect, everyone leaving full up and happy� we will definitely be returning, would like a kids eat for £1 or free day though �

Superb little burger joint, Had a Cheeseburger with Sweet Potato fries and a Root Beer. All of it was fantastic. Burger had a great taste and was cooked perfectly. Friendly staff, especially Heather who served me. Great job.

Really enjoyed our meal yesterday..hubby had pulled pork burger, I had cajun chicken burger with a side of cheesy chill chips and onion rings.. absolutely gorgeous every bit of it..loved the pink lemonade milkshake too! Lovely staff, superb friendly chefs and chilled atmosphere...definitely be back soon Thank you!

Our food was yummy, great atmosphere, if i had to pick at anything my daughters chicken burger was a but dry but everything else was fab. Also the toilet wasn't the best but i think with some venues in Chester space is a big thing (my daughter is disabled so carried her in but there wasn't alot of room to get through doors etc) but good and staff were great x

I went yesterday with my 2 sons. We had the bacon burger, hot burger, kids hotdog and sweet tooth potato fries. The food was delicious and the setting made us feel like we were back in the USA. We'll definitely be back �

I loved everything about this place, the decor and music were right up my street! Perfect place to refuel after a day shopping! The onion rings and chilli cheese fries were amazing �I'll definitely be back

Fantastic place to eat. Lovely coffee with free top ups! Macaroni cheese to die for and the best crinkle fries. Only request would be that they do got chocolate as a choice if drinks and to include salad and chips in price of burger!

Amazing food, both had lamb burger, I had mine protein style (without the bun) and had cheesy fries and poutine as a side everything was really good, loads of flavour definitely coming back on our next trip to Chester 😁

Went yesterday to the chester burger shed with my son,Have to stay one of the best burgers i have had in a long time.we both had a cheese burger with salad also and crinkled chips to to share just enough to be honest.then my son tried the oreo chocolate milkshake he said was lovely.it is a little more to pay than other places i have been to.but the service was good.and didnt have to wait to long for the food to come.so overall would recommend

Service and ambience was great. I was hoping for a good burger experience, but the burgers were really chewy and so over cooked. I brought it up and they told me it is regulation. It is not a good enough excuse for a restaurant that claims to be all about burgers, I live in the city centre and have had some lovely juicy burgers in the local pubs. So in summary lovely place but just avoid the burgers.

Ordered the veggie burger on deliveroo. I was expecting it to be handmade, but the patty was just a bland bought in disc of mush. I understand that as a burger joint, they concentrate on getting their meat burgers right, but I've had some amazing veggie burgers in other places (KASH is by far the best) and they've all been handmade in house. Very disappointed.

Friend who is vegan asked for just the veggie pattie and instead it came with a yoghurt sauce over it (which she cannot eat and asked to have the meal without the yoghurt). When we told the waiters that she was having to eat around it he replied 'fair play' and there was no attempt to fix it in any way even after we told them a second time she couldn't eat it. Not how I'd treat a customer and won't be returning :-(((
