Burke Niazi Solicitors Description

We specialise in helping clients in difficult personal and family situations. If you believe you have been treated unfairly or your rights have not been respected as they should be, we can help you. We will tell you where you stand legally and explain what we can do immediately to improve your situation. Many of our clients qualify for community funding (Legal Aid) so do not let the question of cost deter you from seeking our advice. Some problems can be resolved quickly. The involvement of your solicitor will prove that you take the situation seriously and will often ensure the matter is resolved straightaway. Other problems may involve complex matters of law or specific legal procedures that may take many months to complete. We will explain the legal options open to you, as well as the risks and benefits, and make a clear recommendation.

Our aim is to resolve your problems to your satisfaction so that you leave our office with your dignity and confidence restored.
