Our process incorporates business simulation to allow people to experience the impact of their decisions in the course of achieving operational goals. Combined with business acumen and expert facilitation, the commercial behaviours required to execute company strategy are identified, practised and finally owned by the participant. Research has showed that an experiential learning process is by far the best way of ensuring retention of knowledge, significantly more effective than simply reading internal communications or listening to presentations. We have built our proven experiential learning process from the knowledge gained of experience working with some of the world's largest organisations. In addition to strategy execution, our customers have used our experiential learning process to address business acumen, leadership development and talent management requirements.
