You'll provide an outstanding welcome and farewell to our guests (You are the first and last person they are likely to see,) and an exceptional customer service throughout their stay with us at the hotel. They'll also be some administrative duties which include: Telephone enquiries, Reservations, Guest Arrival Reports, Preparing bills, take payments, conduct end of shift / day banking.
Our shift pattern is based on 5 days out of 7 - This role will include weekends (Early Shift - 7am to 3pm, Late Shift 3pm to 11.00pm - This role will include a mixture of both).
