- Indoor Group Training (Groups of 4 people max, tailored programmes according to your fitness goals)
- Indoor and Outdoor Personal Training (Our high quality, experienced trainers are here to motivate and reach your goals in any environment you choose)
- Post Natal (Mum & Baby) Classes
You'll find us outdoors in the Blackheath and Greenwich area of SE London and at our studio at Blackheath Standard.
