Wonderful holiday, whether in caravan or fixed chalets

Very clean around the site. Friendly staff. Good facilities

Medium sized static caravan park with some camping pitches. Caters to families with children and the retired generation. Has entertainment on site including activities. Most of these require additional charge. Indoor swimming pool, restaurant, chip shop, pizza takeaway and amusement arcades. The sea front is accessible from the park although a bit of a walk if you are on the other side from the front.

Caravans vary from good to very nice. Well organised. As with most of these sites there will be a queue to check in on day 1. Wasn't too bad. Other sites we've had over an hour in a queue. But that was a huge site.

These sites are great value outside the peak seasons for those who are not restricted to set holidays. Good for quiet family holidays.

Everything was good but our Caravan was not provided with outside seating. I rang the office and they said they are happy to do it. Later they said they have no chairs. The company should add more value to the service compared to the price I paid.

We've been to a lot of Hagan parks and other holiday companies sites across the UK but Burnham on Sea is one of the best. We had a nice caravan in a quiet cal de sac (yes this was a standard caravan) the caravan had a large 40 inch HD TV. The swimming pool is amazing, best out of any park we've been too, there is lots of little children's novelty bits to play with and the floor of the entire pool is rubber, something I've never seen before but it's great and prevents slips. The pub was lovely and has a great outdoor seating area, perfect for those sunny days with a nice cold beer. Staff were friendly and polite. Site has great parks for the kids and lots of activities. The only fault was that none of the pitches have parking next to the caravans, they are all allocated bays but this wasn't a major problem.
