Staff helpful in the department I visited .

I would like to thank the staff on Ward 15. My brother Philip Jones was a day patient on Monday 11/09/17. He had surgery on his feet and the whole process was made as easy as possible. The Consultant and Registrar explained the operation and gave him their full support. The nursing staff could not have been nicer.
What a marvellous NHS we have. He stayed a night at no cost and was given a walking stick and special shoes to aid his mobility
The whole hospital was spotlessly clean and the staff were on hand to give directions.
However, I will still be supporting Liverpool when they play Burnley at the weekend!

Came here with my mum who was having gynao issues. The staff, doctors and nurses could not have put my mum more at ease or have been nicer to her. They were wonderful.

Had endoscopy here 2 days before Christmas. From the nice guy on reception who told us the way to the building to the friendly, professional staff in the endoscopy unit, the experience was first class. Never been to Burnley hospital before but would not hesitate to go again.

Best hospital around! Never yet had a 'bad' experience in over 30 years. Thank you for caring.

Brilliant stay, nurses were absolutely brilliant, stayed for 3 days after an emergency C section. And all the nurses were brill. stayed in June 2011

A wonderful hospital with every area a patrol of great staff and a hardworking cleaning team to boot. The reliable hospital bus is a godsend for so many people of different ages and it is always on time.
