Tomorrow we see the completion of our Ladies ONLY Kickboxing and Self Defence 4 week Course!
Starting 7pm Wednesday 4th March this becomes a FULL Training programme with a FULL syllabus and grades!... Interested? get in touch
In addition we run a Ladies ONLY Bootcamp/Kickboxing/Fitness Class every Wednesday & Friday Morning at 9.30am. These classes are very quiet at present and its ONLY £5PAYG, no equipment or membership necessary.
