Burnside Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed here with my partner. Our room was clean, spacious and cosy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And the location was fantastic, only a short walk to the lake and Bowness town centre. Recommended if you’re looking for a place to base yourself whilst exploring the surrounding areas. 5/5.

One of best hotels we have stayed in the UK. I mean back to back, from the friendliness of the staffs, the cleanliness, hospitality and the facilities all deserves five star plus. Me and partner go on short breaks around the UK regularly. We visit hotels once, but Burnside Hotel and Spa has won hearts for a perfect retreat from the busy streets of London and Manchester, therefore, it will now be a regular place for us. Be proud of yourselves staffs and management. You're the best in the industry. Amelia, Margo Sean all at concierge and Finlay and all the bar staffs and restaurant staffs you're an asset to your hotel. Fantastic location, modern, sleek interiors. The decor and facilities in the rooms are top class. Definitely the place to stay when visiting the lakes 10/10

Excellent and very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean and I would recommend the breakfast as there was plenty of choice. Pool and spa area really well done and once again the staff over there were excellent. I would defiantly choose this hotel again not only for the hotel but it's fantastic location

Our best hotel experience in recent years. Excellent room, with a Hot Tub on the balcony overlooking the lake. Fantastic free-to-use Spa, plus they serve and bring to you champagne, as you relax on loungers beside the pool. We spent a lot and look forward to coming again and again. Your staff are amazing! We used to come here a lot about 10 years ago. Lots of refurbishment has been done, still some to do though. Refurbishment seems to being managed around guests though. Dinner and breakfast lovely, haven't been in the spa so can't comment personally.

Really lovely hotel. Dog and child friendly. We sat in the bar while they watched a film.
