disgusting and filthy smell station. The streets are uneven. the shops are very bad

Too many shops and lots of rubbish everywhere

Always busy. People littered around. Congested.Seems a Hub rather than transit point.

There is nothing in Burnt Oak to visit . Several fried chicken shops, fish, fruit & veg shops. Unless your a local or visiting family/friends or passing through on your travels I can't see no other reason to use Burnt Oak Station. It's good for locals to get into LONDON!!
