Burntout Theatre Description
Surrey-based theatre company made up of actors, singers and musicians.
We bring site-specific productions of Shakespeare and new-writing to unusual and historic venues around the UK.
All our productions feature an original musical score played and sung live by the cast.
We aim to be a platform for young emerging theatrical professionals, with a focus on using original music played live at each performance, and supporting charitable causes connected to the company.
In 2011 /12 we raised over £10, 000 for charities such as The Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Wintershall Charitable Trust and The Wind of Hope in the Desert Programme, supporting HIV victims in Kenya
