Burrow Farm is a working farm situated in the heart of Devon. We run a traditional buthchers shop in Cowick Street, formerly known as Courtney's
Burrow Farm Description
We sell our own Red Ruby Devon beef from our farm shop in Broadclyst, and at monthly farmers markets throughout Devon. We also run two butchers shops locally, where you can buy our beef as well as local pork, lamb and chicken. Our butchers have over 100 years of experience between them and make our own Burrow Farm sausages and beefburgers themselves. You can find our butchers shops at Taverners Farm, Kenn, EX6 7YL and at Burrow Farm @ Courtneys, Cowick Street, Exeter, EX4 1AL
Bed and Breakfast
Our Bed and Breakfast can cater for a maximum of 6 people in three tastefully decorated bedrooms (two doubles and one twin).
Farm Visits and Meetings
Our newly refurbished granary barn is available for meetings and we are happy to give farm walks and talks to a variety of groups.

Taking place this coming Sunday (10 June,) 10.30 - 4pm, this great, free day out gives you and your family the chance to find out about farming and where your food comes from! We have loads of activities to keep the children busy, from tractor and trailer rides, growing their own veg, and making some fab animal masks. And most importantly, this day out is free! We had a fantastic time at the farm open day today, really lovely people who clearly put a lot of effort into what they do day to day but also making sure the open day was educational, fun and accessible to all ages. The whole family learned loads about farming, and seeing all the baby animals was amazing! Huge success �

Meat how meat should be! It always looks so fresh and (is). Lamb tastes like lamb and beef tastes like beef....I'd forgotten the true tastes until I started shopping here. The best burgers in town - no shrinkage and full of flavour. Genuinely lovely, friendly, and always happy, staff. I shop here fortnightly (as in the area) and it's a joy. Oh, the chicken and asparagus pies are to die for! ;) Such good value for money too. Thanks to Burrow Farm for providing us with real meat - support out local butchers!
