What a service. Phoned up after failing to navigate the site, as I was need brake calipers. They didn't have any in stocks but contacted suppliers for me. Ordered Thursday and got the new calipers Saturday morning. Absolute life savers. I recommend to anyone looking for Ford part. Well done Burton power 5 stars

Used them for the first time just this week ordered few bits for my capri Monday morning and they turned up today (tuesday) I was over the moon with the speed of delivery and the price was spot on aswell

To be honest , I didn't use to like Burton , as we live in France they use to have a policy of only sending to the country of issue of a credit card. My card was UK registered so it all seemed like hard work. Now however I cannot fault them, I messed them around with my last order changing my mind , delaying delivery and they came out perfect. Now my one stop for engine parts :-)

I've bought bits and pieces off Burtons for years. My orders have always arrived here on the other side of the World quickly and correctly. There was a small mistake with my last order and that's when you really discover the quality of service you're getting, i.e. how the problem is fixed. It was fixed quickly and with no fuss or questions asked. It is honestly easier, faster and cheaper to buy from Burtons than it is to get the same stuff locally. Won't go anywhere else if I can get it from these guys.

I ordered some Gp4 wheel studs, nuts and wheel inserts arrived very very quickly and awesome quality

Ordered parts that were listed as 2 to 3 weeks waiting time. 6 weeks later and several phone calls still no parts or refund even after raising with PayPal. Customer service is non existent all their interested in is the sale and getting paid. I will never use Burton Power again and would not recommend all caused by non communication with their Customer.

Unfortunately, very bad, neither quality nor support agree. Wait for 6 months which have not sent me to the missing parts. I Have the first and last time ordered by Burton and can not and will not recommend it more.

Spoke with an adviser for 15 mins telling him what I needed told me they don't stock them and have no idea what it is. I have to hang up go onto the website get the product code. Then ring back and go through it all again. Told them it was years ago I ordered last and probably won't find my details. Spend 15 mins trying to find my details to save typing in my adress again. Can't find it and then spend 10 mins putting my details in the system. Spend another 15 mins trying to process the order and got messed around with them unable to take a card payment due to a problem at their end. Waste of time

Pissed off, this page says your open till 5pm on a saturday. I phone at 4.20 saying iv just snapped my oil temp sender. N all i get is we all going home in 20 minutes. I said ill be there by 5 though n you just say we will be gone by quarter too. The day before ford fair too. Thanks for the customer service.

Ordered an oil cooler, a kit for fitting fan (and to get free delivery) some oil on 29 May - all items were showing in stock. Rang BP after ordering to say I needed the oil cooler for a track day on 4 Jun, told by BP no problem, should be with you by then (website also said delivery 2-3 working days). Track day came and went - no oil cooler. Rang today to find out where it is, told by BP they put my order on hold because the oil was out of stock. Absolutely livid. Shocking service - no phone call to say my oil cooler was put on hold because of the oil, if they had I would have told them forget the oil. I've cancelled my order with them and will take my business elsewhere for this and from now on.
