first time in this place which is almost hidden from Oxford Circus street.

I enjoyed the food, in particular chicken satay with peanut sauce and green curry with rice. To drink I got the apple mint juice and it was delicious and refreshing.

a lot of Italians here, very funny people.

We went on a Sunday afternoon with my husband. I heard weekdays this is a very busy restaurant. We had por pia jay, potato fries, calamari, classic pad thai, tom yam goong and green curry with jasmine rice to share. Food was served hot and it was very delicious. Our waitress Diana was very attentive and asked us if the food are ok and if we need something else. We had kho phi phi and guava collins for the drinks. It was great to go here. All the waiters are very polite and welcoming. We'll be back and try some other dishes.

We had the pad thai chicken, tempura beans, vegetable spring rolls and isaan style chicken with my friend. The food was delicious and the service was excellent by Diana. The food arrived on time even though it was busy. Definitely recommendable!

I had pad thai jay because I am vegetarian and they have a big menu selection for vegan too.

Very delicious! Great service by an Asian girl. Our server was always attentive and checking to see if we needed anything. Their menu offers a wide variety of options. I would recommend this location.

Very delicious! Great service by Diana. It was busy even on a regular Saturday afternoon. I had the fresh por pia joy or vegetable spring rolls and a cold beer. I also got Pad Thai chicken. They have a very good menu. Must come back for Pad Thai Delicious! Chicken was so soft n succulent. So good to see many locals walking in.

This restaurant is a hidden place. The staffs are friendly and fast. We were served by Diana who helped us choosing what to order. Drinks order was taken in moments. Food is tasty, well prepared and nice appearance. Server dropped by the table to make sure everything was good throughout the meal. Nice decor with a spacious group of tables.

The texture and taste of the food are on point�. Presentation wise is very good. Also, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were served by a friendly staff member called Diana. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends with the consideration of coming back in the future.

I’ve never been into this restaurant before in Oxford Circus Busaba Eathai. When I entered the restaurant there was a lady, she greeted me in a nice way. Very professional! The ambience was pretty nice, good atmosphere. I had thai calamari and potato fries for the starters and for the mains I had the black pepper beef and for the drink I had the guava collins. It was pretty amazing experience to eat here cause I never had a thai food before. The staff served me very well and the drink was on time. I'm gonna come back more since the servers treated me so kindly and managers are very welcoming and friendly.

It's a great place for friends and family to get together on this big tables with a great vibe and awesome authentic Thai food. Service is prompt by an asian lady and the food were delicious.

I went for a walk through the streets of Oxford Circus and decided to eat and saw busaba eathai in a hidden place in eastcastle street and ate tom yam goong and som tam salad. The food was good! Perfect for a cold weather. My lovely server Diana was amazing and checked me if everything was ok. Food arrived on time, the ambience was comfortable and had a great time even I was alone. I’ll be back to try some of their dishes.

I love to go to this place in busaba in Oxford Circus. It’s overwhelming. Servers were friendly especially Diana who took care of us. Dishes good, my son and I had the Isaan Style chicken and chicken green curry with egg fried rice. It was worth it and we’ll be back to try some of the food.

I and my husband like Thai food. It was the first for our son. He does not eat too many food but he finished his meal from busaba kids menu! He had a phad thai chicken which I had the same meal for adult. My husband likes spicy and he had Thai seafood pasta that he really enjoyed. Also our waitress who was called "Sugarr" was fantastic. She gave to our son kids colouring which was useful and enjoying during the dinner. So thank you Busaba, food was delicious, service was quickly with good recommended and also comfortable with kids!

I and my fellow seniors had an amazing dinner. Foods were delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very calm. Customer service was fantastic, the lady named Diana did an excellent job in serving our foods and drinks.

Great lunch at this Thai restaurant my favorite dish is pandan chicken and as a drink I took the guava Collins, great service. Pleased with both my friends and I, will definitely return to this magnificent place.

Last week we spent a few days in London for vacations and we felt like eating in some exotic place of Asian food. The truth is that the restaurant is quite cozy, the food is delicious and the waiters are very friendly. We were served by a girl called Diana, she asked us if everything was to our liking and she was very friendly and profesional with us. Without doubt if we return to London we will repeat experience!

Why do you "automatically"charge 10% OPTIONAL gratuity to the bill? Is that even right. Not happy with the sneaky way of slipping in charges just because customers don't notice.
