Bush Monkey Survival Materials is run by Derek Gibbin, an experienced survivalist and low tech camper.
I produce my own hand made survival materials for camping, survival and prepping. These range from accurate recreations of tinders used thousands of years ago in the Americas and The Middle East using all natural ingredients, to more modern variations of these tinders.

This all began with me randomly putting up a video of one of my tinders on a Facebook Survivalist group in a "Check these out guys" fashion. Next thing I know I am being asked to sell them to people, knocking out 500 units in the first two weeks.

Things are branching out now with experiments in traditional bug repellent fire tinders as well as tinders with a longer burn time (we are currently selling tinders with an average burn time (in a Cornish coastal storm) of 12 minutes - we hope to achieve a 20 minute burn.
