Excited to announce the following speakers in the Alienascent workshop room. Drop by the Trampery, 239 Old St, EC1V 9EY ... Join in the conversation ...informal small group discussions with thought leaders :
Saturday 6th May... 11am: Andy Lomas http://www.andylomas.com/ Andy Lomas is an artist exploring using digital simulation of morphogenetic processes to create complex alien but familiar, beautiful but disturbing forms.
12noon: Alexa Pollman http://peut-porter.com/ As founder of the Peut-Porter Platform, Alexa likes to collaborate, co-create and facilitate. She describes her work as ‘Design Culturing’ and whilst her practice is body-centric, she constantly seeks to challenge the current notion of ‘wear’.
