Antenatal Classes in Lincoln

The classes will provide you with evidence-based
information and skills on a variety of topics including -

Antenatal Care, Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle, Choices in Pregnancy and Birth, Labour and Birth Workshops, Getting To Know Your Baby, Postnatal Preparation, Antenatal and Postnatal Exercise Advice and Information and Guidance for the Parenting Journey.

The course is divided into six 90 minute sessions and held weekly. These are informal and fun, also giving you the opportunity to meet with other new prospective parents.
