We had few problems when we got here in the 3 day we got upgrade to apartment they really made are holiday great thank you to all staff in guest service for help me granddaughter tasha enjoy are holiday xx

Never fails to amaze me how Butlins can manage such fab weekends. Manage thousands of people without a hint of trouble. Make fab food and the staff are so friendly and always seem so happy.

Lovely place fabulous customer service room was spotless�

Just got back from just for tots, this was our third time and have to say the best one yet! Few new things there from last year, gold apartments were as good as always, never known staff to be so friendly!!

Just for tots offers so much for little ones so looking to book again next year.

The only criticism we have is it’s a shame you have moved the smaller child’s park next to the pub restaurant it’s now only designed for the older child.

It’s a great place to come we are in a gold apartment love it this first time here as a family with our 16 month granddaughter usually here at we love the 70s with friends terrific swimming pool. Entertainment great for every one already booked for next year I would certainly come here more often but a distance away from Scotland �

Great ‘self-catering ‘ apartment (after free upgrade) plenty of space and being on the top floor was a bonus . Food was a very good buffet , with lots of choice . Great location for beach and local fun parks . The music weekend we attended was very good , lunchtime shows and 3 stages gives you a good choice . Real value for money .

Get yourself to the great British alternative music festival in October best weekend of the year with loads of friendly people and plenty great music just got home already booked for next year.

Best holiday I’ve had at Butlins plenty to do for adults and the kids plenty of fun,never even needed t leave the camp there was that much to do



Only bad thing a would say is lack of toilet facilities not enough for the size of the place and charging £1.25 to use the atm which I think is wrong wen 90% of atms are free and u would expect it t free wen ur there on holiday I never used them thank god as a brought plenty of cash with me



I would have given 4stars for that reason but as I had a excellent time I’m given 5 plus stars ⭐️

Been coming here as long as I can remember! Now I get to bring my kids here and they love it just as much as me ��

Amazing every time without fail, just never want to come home at the end of the week. We have been going for 3 years now and there is many more to come. We always have a fantastic time kids love it, and there is so much to do for everyone. All the staff and entertainment at butlins always do 100% to make your holiday a holiday to remember. It's always clean, tidy and welcoming everywhere you go. Over the last 3 years we have made some fantastic memories that we will treasure forever. I would definitely recommend butlins 100%. for family's of all ages. ����������

We love butlins. Got a fussy 5 Yr old but there is always plenty to do. Staff are friendly and great. Always a pleasure to stay here

Just had a hen party at Butlins noughties weekends, got upgraded to gold as our last booking was cancelled due to snow!! Glad we got an upgrade as I would have been disappointed with a basic room which we initially booked!!! Anyway fun weekend lots of great live acts/Dj's .... friendly staff, Will go back for another themed weekend but definitely book gold!!

well I was all excited to go till I check the prices of accommodation for the same holiday at new year. more expensive apartments cheaper then what we paid for standard. you would think an upgrade would be in order. nope. u can upgrade at the price we booked 9 months ago. first and last Butlins holiday

Unable to find seats in clubs unless you go early and wish to sit through young children's show. Carpet stick to shoes in club. Apart from that apartment clean. Great swimming pool.

Booked a standard apartment and that was exactly what we got. Very very basic. Booked premium dining and the food was really good always plenty of choice which is good with 2 fussy eaters. Entertainment was excellent when you could get into it but you have to queue for over an hour to get in the best shows , we missed out on two of them because when we got to the door we were told there was standing room only which is not good with a 5 year old. Wanted to take the kids bowling on Wednesday night as we missed out on the show but was told the next lane we could book was Friday morning, even though at the time there were 2 lanes empty and not helpful when you have to be off camp by 11am. All in all kids had a great time but don't think we will be going back in a hurry

Been coming for many years and the entertainment / faculties are great. The kids look forward to the shows and sport clubs. The young staff do a great job.

Why 3 stars?

1) our gold star apartment had no clean cutlery or crockery, and the patio door was broken. The quick and efficient texting service saw this sorted in thirty minutes.

2) food and allergen information is shocking!

No restaurants menus show the 12 main allergens. We need both gluten and nut information to eat safely. I chose to not eat anywhere! Very disappointing and outdated on the behalf of butlins. I don’t want to have to ask for a folder of all allergens in each dish and have to try to find something safe to eat. It’s inconvenient and makes you feel like you are causing a fuss; plus, the lack of knowledge by some staff I talked too highlighted that Butlins is very clearly stuck in 1990s in this area. The coffee shop is the most difficult and I couldn’t get a cake for my son as the nut products are kept, uncovered, alongside non-nut products; no allergens labels on the food either.

Come on butlins get your act together and provide food for people who have medical needs they can’t help!!!!

Not for people without children an hour entertainment for adults at night never again plus point very clean but not ever going again
