What a place... fun fun fun and excellent value for money. I have never been before but i must say DO NOT GO BY THE REVIEWS try it yourself and get your own view. Customer service is exceptional, food is fantastic, rooms are as advertised. A beautiful and magical place for you and ofcourse the family

The rides are awesome and have that thrill factor. So much to see and do that there never is a dull moment. We loved it and will be coming back 2019 when the new pool opens

The only thing to be weary about is it's so expensive on the complex like omg!! An all inclusive package with food is what you need.

Simply brilliant

The picture in my profile is of my new born baby boy only 2 weeks old now and my older boy 4 years . I was there at Christmas with family i was nearly 5 months pregnant and got really ill. A lady called Jo ,one of the first aiders (with one of the most calmest and kindest souls I have met) and another worker called Dan helped me and eventually had to call an ambalance. Even when I had to stay in hospital....Butlins put my oldest boy and partner free of charge in the room we stayed in so they could come visit me in hospital. I really think ....me or my baby would not be here today if wasn't for their fast reaction . These people give up their Christmas's , bank holidays ,half terms and summer to give people the best holiday for them and their children. Anybody that gives this place less than 5 stars needs to serious have a look at themselves. The place is clean , food is cheap ,entertaiment is brill and staff are amazing !! I never got to see Jo and Dan before I left but please pass the biggest THANK U from me and I definitely be back with baby next time xxx

2nd time we’ve been this year and loved it stayed in the ocean hotel again and managed to get the room as recommended by spencer the butler which he classes as the “penthouse suite” was nice as wasn’t busy so pool was quiet and could get on slides/flumes without massive queues my 5 year old loved the fact he could go on one of the flumes. Shows were brilliant especially as skyline gang were on 4 days plus Cinderella rocks is a must if you go to butlin’s. Food was great too. Highly recommended and if you stay in the ocean hotel make sure you speak to Spencer one of h butlin’s butlers as he will sort anything out for you. He is an absolute star our holidays wouldn’t be the same without him as he is so good with the kids and always happy to talk to them and us and is so helpful with Amy problems you may have or if you want any recommendations.

The last time I was at Butlins before this trip was 2015 when my daughter was 3 months pregnant so it was really nice for us to return with my two year old granddaughter. She loved the pool. Particularly the parent toddler hour. She loved the food. And when she was not on her best behaviour the staff were always lovely and accommodating. With the little one on tow we were able to pack a lot of fun in our 4 nights stay. If I have one criticism then it would be the venues. It’s about time the resort invested in some air conditioning. Especially for the evening entertainment. I couldn’t properly enjoy the Diversity show because it was so hot and stifling. We have been coming to Butlins nearly 10 years and this was our 5th stay here so I think it’s about time to revamp centre stage and Reds and get some air going. PLEASE!

The food is so good but you feel like your in a nightclub the music in the morning and evening is so load everyone is shouting to each other but everything else is good

Came for the 90s weekend for a hen weekend had an amazing time we ate at the beachcomber Inn on the first night (Fri) I couldnt fault it was lovely on the Sunday we ate at the diner wasn't too impressed with the food but our waitress Stacey was lovely very bubbly and made us laugh. The only down problem we had was having ants in our apartment but other than that overall was a great weekend from start to finish

User

Overall quite good but the disabled are sadly not catered for the shows have no priority for disabled needs for people in wheelchairs if they get in can not see anything we missed all the main shows because of this was unable to pay for fast track option has all had been sold On checkout trying to get a lift for wheelchair user was a joke this seriously needs looking into ASAP

Something for the special needs would be good a sensory room would be a great idea

Food was quite nice in premier but times are restricted 8/10 am & 4/7 pm I wouldn’t book this again

Prices in the supermarket is expensive that is disgusting so most go to local supermarket if self catering so Butlins are taking advantage of those this doesn’t need to be overpriced

The pool was pooed in wasn’t completely closed only the small part but it’s all connected.

Show areas limited seats and hard to find with disabilities

The best thing was the soccer school extra payment but the guys was excellent especially the black guy he makes it

Lovely bloke

So having someone with disabilities in the party was a downside which shouldn’t happen today very sad

More needs to be done

Accommodation was a nice size could of been cleaned better

And 1 shampoo conditioner & had soap for 4 people was fantastic

Drink prices reasonable

Standards of cocktail depends who makes it

Hope this helps

User

Expensive to day visit as cost us over £100 to get in. And annoying as things inside you still need to pay for, go-karting, mini golf and trampolines etc. Good facilities but pool need a clean! All in all great day but cost too much for what it is

After booking a special break away on 21st - 23rd May for our 2 year old girl to see Justin fletcher at your bognor regis resort we were very very disappointed to find that he was arriving on the 24th . I have read through the small print now we are home to realise he was only attending 1 day within the whole tots break . Our daughter is obsessed with Justin fletcher and it would of been such a brilliant holiday if she had actually managed to see him, but this was not the case ! I feel the advertisement for Justin fletcher was very misleading and overall feel we wasted alot of money ! Not a happy customer.

User

Noisy, crowded, lots of queuing and they have never heard of such a thing as a healthy meal. expect lots of sugar, fat and carbs.

User

Me my partner and two kids came here for a week for there half term off school and all I can say is rude staff ,not great food , very dirty and over prised activitys .for example my lad did the zip line today and it cost £8 for 1 go ! And last thing is there entertainment is very dated my kids did not no who Mr men was lol or danger mouse .. the whole place needs a massive update we won't be coming back

User

If I could rate Butlin’s as a zero, I would!!

Having pre-booked a cot online for our 4 month old as part of our stay for this week, we were at least expecting a cot to be in our apartment upon arrival at 3.10pm. As it wasn’t, I immediately texted the guest services number as advised to do at check in if we had any problems. Nearly an hour later I got a text back saying that the matter was being chased.

After some time unpacking and our toddler having a power nap, we went out for dinner and on the way, popped in to guest services to find out what was happening- this was 5.45pm. I was told that we’d have a cot in our room by the time we’d had dinner and gone back.

To our amazement, when we arrive back at 7.45pm, there was still no cot, and our little boy was more than ready for bed. While I got him ready, my husband went back to guest services (8pm) to be told that there hadn’t been enough cots on site today to go to all who needed them and that staff were having to leave the resort to go and buy some to send to those who ordered them- you think I care? You should know how many were preordered and therefore how many you’d need in advance!!! He was also told, that some had arrived and would be with us within ten to fifteen minutes.

Guess what...

8.45pm comes and there’s no cot!!

I then storm back to guest services- the fourth time I’ve had to contact someone about this issue- to sort it out. I explain what’s been going on, remind them that at no point were we offered an alternative or even a bed guard so that the baby can safely sleep on our bed until a cot arrives, and that I’d even tried to take matters into my own hand by contacting the hire shop but it was unfortunately closed by that point. I was told then the same bullshit about them not having enough cots on site and we’d have to continue to wait.

Needless to say I demanded to see a manager and that we were going to have a full refund. I go through the same rigmarole and explanation to be told that I couldn’t get a refund except for the cot (£10) and the £60 worth of entertainment we missed during the evening while faffing around with this crap.

I can’t express how disgusted and disappointed I am with the Butlins Bognor Regis resort, especially after being recommended to come here by three very good friends. If I had known that I wouldn’t be able to get both of my children safely to bed at a decent time (it is now 9.45pm and no cot has arrived), I would not have booked this holiday and spent nearly £500!!

Do you really think that £70 is a decent compensation for having to put pillows around a baby so he doesn’t fall out of a bed?! We cannot go to sleep ourselves unless the husband shares with the toddler and me the baby, but even so, we’re still meant to be waiting up for the ever elusive cot to arrive!!

User

First time going to Butlin's and our last! We left early as we couldn't bare to eat anymore of there food! Our bellies were rough the whole time we were there! Accommodation was ok, the fun fairs good if your children are over 1.4 I have 3 under 6 all under 1.2 meaning my husband could only take one on at a time while I looked after the baby. Daytime shows were all abit of the same thing teletubbies and mr men most days. Hated the fact amusements are everywhere also! Just not what we would call a holiday.

User

Butlins I really am dissapointed.I have made 8 calls to request a call back.so far one call back and I missed it as was driving..then I have to call again, wait to get through, get told they will get someone to call back.Im teying to amend our booking for good reason.Cant belive this is the only way to talk to someone and not a direct number I can call to sort this out..not happy
