Decent family holiday with lots to do for little ones though facilities could do with updating, pool is old and a bit mouldy round the edges and carpets around amusements are held together with gaffer tape. Buffet food wasn't great so would steer clear of that next time round. Our apartment hadn't been cleaned very well and the bed wasn't very comfy but we'd go back if we found a decent deal. New Lakeside apartments look nice but are very expensive and a bit out of the way. Would be nice to see some investment in the tent which does need updating - we've been going for many years and have noticed the amusements looking increasingly run down. My review does sound a bit negative and it does have its bad points but we're still looking to go again because of the amount of stuff to do for little people - and the fairground is lovely.

Absolutely loved the 80's weekend, entertainment was top notch throughout and security was always ready when needed. Only issue was some of the service received was of a poor quality, had to wait half an hour for a free cup of coffee which I was charged for later on and was told in one bar I had to make do with flat coke because they didn't have time to change it. Other than that it was an excellent weekend

had a fantastic time. the fairground could have been better with the rides. the swimming is alot of fun. the entertainment is great and the prices are not to bad either. the only thing that could be improved is better signs of the locations of the chalets.

Great stay on a just for tots week. Entertainment was excellent - didn't need to leave the site! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Silver apartment was a little dated, but clean and well equipped for a self catering holiday. Great break and we're going back next year!

Amazing entertainment if you plan in advance. They have introduced a booking scheme for most of the free events but this didn't seem to be mentioned before we arrived. Would have been nice to get the heads up. Accommodation is fantastic and very clean. Over all the site is very tidy and clean but starting to look tired in places. Still worth every penny

Great place to just relax with the family and have fun, always found very welcoming staff with a smile on their faces. Pay for the best accommodation you can but the rest of the place and entertainment is just great. The fun fair is a treat and the stage shows are 1st class. Always great fun at Christmas for kids and father Christmas is worth a visit.

Right next to the sea side. Typical holiday park accommodation. Here for spring harvest. Hope to try the swimming pool before I go home as it looks amazing. Lots of eateries if you don't want to self cater. Plenty of activities for kids and lovely scenery around the camp

Easy check in. Were upgraded to a bigger bungalow which was a pleasant surprise. Bungalow clean and had everything we needed for the basics. Staying for a just for Tots break and the information pack was great, just a couple of things needed to be clearer like the difference between little stars areas. Can't fault staff so far as everyone is so friendly. Some bits of the park are looking a bit tired but it's being refurbished in parts too.

Excellent and a very nice place. We had a few problems in our accommodation, but this was sorted swiftly and we were kept updated over the phone. The facilities and entertainment are very good, but the pool can seem cold sometimes. Most of the apartments are very far from the car park (luggage trolleys are provided) so keep this in mind when packing! Minehead itself is great with a nice beach, supermarkets etc., but not many shops in the town centre. In our experience, Minehead is the best Butlin's resort, and we will continue to return here.
