Butterfly Dental Care

I have been attending Butterfly Dental for many years and have had numerous procedures undertaken from straight forward fillings to complex advanced restorative work including crowns and implants. My most recent visit last week was to have a difficult root canal treatment and a crown, each time I attend the surgery all treatments have been undertaken with the utmost professionalism and expertise without exception.

Bob is always very attentive and puts you at ease on arrival and is able to perfect the most difficult restorations and in my case utilising state of the art equipment including microscope for complex procedures and cerec machine for same day crowns enabling treatment to be completed without further visits – a bonus for busy diaries.

The Butterfly Team are brilliant and the reception staff are warm and friendly and are always very helpful in arranging emergency appointments.

I highly recommend Bob and the Butterfly Dental Team for the expert and caring dental treatment.

I first contacted Butterfly Clinic when a tooth broke the day before I was due to go on holiday. Bob saw me, fixed me and off I went to Croatia.

The calm and efficient way my ‘crisis’ was managed made Butterfly the only clinic I contacted when I embarked upon having my teeth completely sorted out.

Again Bob was so helpful in terms of working his way through the many issues my teeth presented. Tooth reshaping, two crowns, seven veneers, gum shaping and tooth whitening later I have finally got (the first time in my 50+ years) teeth I am proud of and I love.

The whole experience should have been traumatic you would think! After all I was in the chair for a lot of hours, but Bob’s excellent manner together with his hypnotic and relaxation ‘starters’ just ensured the experience was never difficult.

Bob is ably supported by a wonderfully engaging team. Sophie, Siobhan, Courtney and Saskia were each delightful and welcoming. They made a point of being personable and supportive at each and every one of my visits. The whitening was done equally as well. I am just so sorry i cant remember the lady’s name.

The result? A genuine and sincere recommendation for Butterfly Clinic. They really do make magic happen!

I was scared of dentists due to bad past experiences but knew I needed to go - so I went along for a consultation. Bob was very good at making me feel at ease, and the stress balls should be offered in every dentist! I had braces and whitening through Butterfly Dental and I'd recommend them to anyone. Any issues or concerns I've had have always been quickly addressed by Bob.

A trip to the hygienist is never fun (especially when you haven't been in years!) but she was excellent at guiding me through the process and reassuring me throughout. Also, the reception staff are always super friendly and will go out of their way to find an appointment time that suits your schedule.

I have been a patient at Butterfly Dental Care for many years now. I have always found Bob and his team to be not only very professional but also very friendly and welcoming. They all try their best to make the experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I can always trust Bob to do an excellent job.

I'd always been nervous and anxious when visiting the dentist but when first walking into the practice I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. The staff were so lovely and chatty and Dr. Bob's expertise meant that not only was I now confident to go to the dentist but also beyond confident in my own smile!

I no longer fear the Dentist Dr Mehay and his team of butterfly's are great. Friendly and accommodating, even my 3 year old is good as gold amused by the fishes, themes, little bottles of perfume in the facilities not forgetting the glass stairs like frozen and the magic doors ....😉
My experience has been very positive from accommodating my appointment changes at short notice and giving me advice on what's the best course of action (veneers v brace) After care is great - currently on the 6 month smile so regular visits to ensure progress is on target and always receive a follow up call. I'm so exited about my new teeth and I've not even completed the treatment yet 😀
