I am a Reflexologist with 10 years experience, I hold a Diploma in Reflexology & am a Member of The Association of Reflexologists. I have a Nursing & Neurophysiology background having worked at The Royal London Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital & Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital. I have specialised in Maternity Reflexology in which I qualified in 2007. I work with all areas of a maternity client's needs from pre-conception, pregnancy, labour & postnatally. Over the past couple of years I have worked with local Health Visitors to help treat women suffering from Post Natal Depression. In 2011 I qualified in Baby & Toddler Reflex & I run small workshops or work one-to-one with parents teaching them how to help their baby & toddler with a natural effective treatment for common childhood ailments.
I have a certificate in Working With Reflexology & Clients Suffering from Cancer & have experience of working in a busy Oncology Outpatient Department as well as nursing terminally ill patients.
I am also qualified to Level 2 in Bach Flower Remedies, Level 1 Reiki (in which I hope to progress in the near future), Indian Head Massage & I am a Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics.

I am delighted to be working at Rainbow Healing, in Rochester, one day a week alongside my home based practise Sole To Soul.
