Real bread bakery. Bread baked using traditional slow fermentation methods. All the flavour with none of the additives. Just tasty craft baked goodies.

I started baking bread as my daughter had allergies and commercial mass produced bread didn't agree with her. My love of baking grew as I experimented with different flour, grains and fermentation methods.
Now I'd like to share my bread with everyone.
