I could not fault BJB, in my opinion they are the best Estate Agents in Winsford, second to none. Pippa and Kathy could not do enough for our family after two lost properties, they supported us through the tough weeks and always helped us, they were both very efficient. If we hadn’t of had their support we wouldn’t have kept our sanity after a roller coaste...r of let downs, these two ladies are simply a massive asset to bjb. Thank you to these two ladies.
They Genuinely Care!
The guys at the Winsford branch have been fantastic. The level of care and attention they have shown us throughout the whole process has been above and beyond what we would have expected from an estate agent! They take a personable approach and they genuinely care about getting the best outcome for the vendor and we feel they definitely have our best interests at heart! They do their best to remove a lot of the stresses that arise during what is obviously already a very stressful time! As for dealing with naive first time movers like us, no question was too silly (no matter how many times you ask it). We would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again! My enquiry started with Joshua Adams who has been so polite, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, today he handed over the keys and wished me well. showing properties to people that have already been let wasting there time in filling out paper work to go for this property to then be informed its gone to then complain and the office say well theres 13 of us here in others words your left part of the office doesnt no what your right half is doin total waiste of time and poor service never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

emailed them twice about a property to rent and not had one reply!!!! VERY POOR!

I'd give zero stars if I could. My mum has recently received a letter threatening bailiff action due to a 4 month council tax bill. The only letter she received was the bailiff letter and the council confirmed that all correspondence was sent to BJB (who claim to have sent the letters back to the council). The council have received no return letters and now my mum has had to pay an extra £75 out of her own pocket because of their incompetence. She will continue to pursue until she gets the money that she is owed but knowing the service that BJB usually provide, this will be a slow and painful process.



My mum won't be using them again and I don't plan to either if this is the extent of their incompetence.
