Good, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I had a new Pashley from a different bike shop (now gone), but the SA hub-gears never worked properly, despite taking it back to the other shop about five times in the first year and them fitting a replacement hub. One visit to Butterworths who said they just needed adjusting properly - very cheap job - worked perfectly ever after. Had all my family's bikes serviced there since then.

The great thing about Matt Butterworth: he listens to you. Because he knows about bikes, he'll tell you if it's worth fixing or replacing. He is totally trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. The shop looks like a dump -- but it's a magic workshop.

Best shop in sheffield for servicing your bike! The only one where I know that when I pick it up - everything will have been sorted and the bike will feel like new again!
