Philip has worked in property management for 20 years and owns PG& A Property which is now one of the largest property business in the North East, looking after a £400 million portfolio. Gary Simmons runs a successful and respected property maintenance company called Clearview. Over the last 30 years he has grown it into a team of 25 maintenance and trade workers to cover all aspects of property maintenance.
