Buyaparcel

My order was mission critical for my job, and despite website saying if ordered before 2pm will be dispatched for next day delivery I didnt receive my goods next day or even the day after that. I have asked for a refund and for courier to send back to buyaparcel. 2 days wasted waiting round for a parcel that wasn't coming.

I ordered a kneeling stool for my sick Father.after paying for next day delivery I am still waiting to receive his parcel 2 weeks later can't seem to speak to anyone, and no one has respond to my emails very disappointed would not recommend.

I ordered an item off eBay which was marked as dispatched. After 7 days it still hadn't arrived. I tried to contact the company through eBay but this function is either disabled or did not work for me. I contacted them direct by their website and got through to someone straight away. The gentleman on the other end of the phone was very polite and helpful. He dispatched a second item straight away by first class and it arrived the next day. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the not being contactable through eBay issue.

I ordered an item weeks ago for delivery to France only to be told my home can't be found so I gave them an alternative address, the local mayors office, they couldn't find that either. I even sent them my google map location a mobile and a landline number together with my email and still I couldn't be found. Completely exasperated I cancelled my order and have now been waiting for 2 weeks for a refund of just short of £100. Recommended, you have to be joking, I can't really find the words to describe their total ineptness at dealing with issues. Sadly there are other sole traders out there who would kill to have the business and turnover that this company has. No wounder the UK is the laughing stock of Europe and the World. Avoid at all costs...

Terrible customer service. My parcel promised for Monday. Carrier didn't arrive and then said Tuesday. Then told Wednesday by 12, again by courier. Still didn't arrive. At least courier replied which is more than Buyaparcel have done. AVOID
