i won a lovely teddy bear and donated it to a member off staff

Was a great night first time going bingo!

The staff definitely make the experience. They are incredibly helpful and friendly.

The staff are a credit to you, they made our afternoon, all we're so friendly and helpful �x

I like going with friends it a laugh when wee are the at and it get u out the house and something todo

d lunch lovely then played bingo good afternoon

Had a great night and will be returning.

The young lad on booksales was a great help with showing us how to set up our bingo boards .

We was given a free drink and vouchers for money off our bingo .

We also had a meal each which were both very good value for money.

All round a very good night and a bonus that we went home nearly £400 better off.x

Went last night wasn't impressed no where near as good as my experience at Mecca.... I know it was only a week night but the staff seemed disinterested argued in front of customers.... didn't even tell you when games were due to start

Used to b a nice place to go on a night out house but wouldn't bother nw as some staff are childish and think its OK to swear in front of customers when on the mic some customers are rude to others which makes it unpleasant and i don't get why Grantham's is more exspencive and less prise money to other galas so i will not ever b visiting Grantham gala ever again after the last time i went it was just unpleasent but will b going to Plymouth as alot nicer people better price and prizes and 10000% better looked after

The so called staff at this branch are appalling! they argue on book sales when game is in play, and I actually shouted to tell them to shut up basically. also they mess around like little kids. poor performance all round, I did make an official complaint to the manager, but nothing was done about it.

There is hardly any floor staff, so you miss out on getting your change.
