Used to think a great shop, thought had relationship with people at shop, but they have now changed policy on bike repairs, wont repair anything not bought from them, crappy !

I'm new to cycling

BEFORE BIKE FIT: Two months of effort, numb toes and a sore bottom. Worried I'd bought the wrong bike, heard BW were quite handy, worried I'd be invited to buy more stuff.

AFTER BIKE FIT: Comfortable in the saddle, toes no longer numb, bike feels just right, and to top it off, 2m20secs off my PB! (no new purchases)

Worth every penny. The reviews don't lie. Full marks BW cycling.

BW are a dilight and honest team to deal with. Fantastic knowledge. You get good value for money with great advice and service. The technical advice is so good you might buy a bike as a bi product of the help you get rather than feel you are being sold a product that might turn out to be unsuitable and not fit for purpose. No pressure selling etc etc. If you want a decent bit of kit that is right for you, get to BW.

First class service, the guys know their stuff and are clearly passionate about what they do. Fitting service was really beneficial and couldn't recommend them highly enough, top local business.

A brilliant bike shop that offers so much more than bike sales and service. In the last few months I've used BW for servicing, purchase of parts and recently purchased a new Giant FS MTB. They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and always ensure you end up with something that meets your specific needs. If you're looking to get more from your cycling they offer bike fits and coaching courses. Can't recommend them highly enough.
