Catering isn't always for footballers or soap stars. Sometimes its for a few people who are working over lunchtime so would like some food providing. Anything from a sandwich and a piece of fruit to a 5 course sit down, waitress served affair!! '#cateringstockport, #businesslunch, #corporatelunch

We have just recently used by request for a funeral , and they were so obliging nothing was to much trouble, they provided everything even down to dietary needs also children's needs. It was a pleasure to just come in and enjoy the food and it was excellent and more than enough , it made the day easier to deal with , the waitress couldn't do enough for us , so very pleased with their service would highly recommend them . Anne and Len Marshall .

We had a home party for my partners 50th birthday and at the last minute we decided to see if we could get the food catered for...by request caterers came up trumps....Carl responded quickly and professionally...we agreed the food, delivery, price.

Carl delivered on time, exe finger buffet for 20 people....ample of good quality food, for excellent value.

All the guests complimented the food.

Thanks again Carl, you took all the stress out off party prep work.

I would just like to say a big thank you for catering my wedding on the 1st October, Iv been a bit of a pain with choosing the food, But you have been amazing and then on the day everything was lovely, I had so many of my guests say how nice the food was, And all your amazing staff as well nothing was too much trouble, So again thank you for making our day special with your lovely food thank you, Carl and the team x

I am known to be a fussy vegetarian and I feared that I would never find anything on their menu that I would want to eat for my wedding day

Carl is very helpful when planning my perfect set meal and even thinks of all the dietary requirements to make sure that the vegetarians and vegans eat the same meal but you would never think it was vegan and you can tell everything was homemade and yummy!

I rarely finish my plate when eating new food but everything on my 3 plates were gone, even my new father in law commented on how all of my plates were clear!

Throughout the meal, all I could hear is how amazing the food was and a few guests even took photos to post on their Instagram!

The waitresses were so quick in setting up the tables and both table and plate presentation was amazing, they always served with a smile and even made small talk with my guests. I got compliments from them about my dress and as I was the bride, nothing was too much trouble for them (for example getting me tea as I didn't drink alcohol)

There were no mix ups when giving the right guests their meals as everyone knew exactly what to do and you can tell they had all experience. When they had nothing to do (rarely) they would stand to the side, ready to pour another drink so very professional

Carl and his team cleared up after them so well that you would have never known they were there!

They did such a good job, my dad had to mention them in his speech :D

I am so impressed that I have since recommended By Request to the venue’s bridal group and have craved their food since my wedding!

Did my daughter's 16th and was a fabulous bbq-thoroughly recommend carl and by request
