By listening to what YOU want /need I will make sure I personalise the service I deliver to suit your needs.
‘By your Side’ delivering support on a friendly personal basis, customised around the clients needs, giving them confidence knowing they can build a genuine friendship and trust by having the same person on a regular or ‘as and when required’ basis, maybe after a stay in hospital to help you settle back into your home and routine. Keeping your details strictly confidential. Below are some of the services I offer, feel free to ask about anything not listed, if it’s within my capability and something i’m covered to do I will.
Elderly support – Dementia sitting service /support – General household help –
*Accompanied outings to appointments
* visiting, shopping. Preparing snacks, meals.
*Shopping delivered and packed away.
*General light housework and overall help with the general running of a home
*Making phonecalls or helping to fill out forms, supporting the client to relieve any stress and make life easier.
*Light gardening
*Assisting with washing and dressing.
OTHER duties requested can be agreed and written in the clients service agreement. (These can be adjusted /altered to suit changing needs.
