Byfc Summer Shootout Description
The BYFC Summer Shootout is a tournament that is being offered with player development at the forefront. The tournament is being run by a group of committed volunteers that have vast experiences in running tournaments both in the UK & USA & who have the players (& families) interest at heart. We shall be ensuring that the level of referees is at a standard you would expect, the tournament is sanctioned by the Essex F. A. ensuring that we are following the correct guidelines when putting on a tournament of this nature. The tournament will be 2017 /18 age groups, allowing current U8 & U10 teams to get early experience of playing 7v7 & 9v9 games as they prepare for next year and the development step of increasing the number of players on the pitch & pitch sizes. The facilities are fantastic, all in one location with a lot of activities going on off the pitch for other family members & siblings to enjoy the experience to. The level of competition & professionalism going into the tournament will ensure that your tournament experience will be a great one, not just for the players but also your parents & siblings to & we hope we can make this an ongoing tournament that you will want to return to.
