Simply marvellous following a bad experience at the Deansgate branch. Good food and great service.

One of the nicest burgers I've ever had. The waitress was so lovely. Would definitely go again.

Me and my fiancee were greeted by a very friendly staff member who asked where we would like to sit, instead of just putting us anywhere, which i thought was a lovely touch. We were told of the specials and advised about drinks etc. The menu has just the right amount of choice, not too overwhelming, and the prices are reasonable for inner city dining. We ordered one special 'Ronaldo' and one C-Rex burger to share between us, with sweet potato fries and regular fries. You can have the beef burgers cooked to your liking, though they recommend medium, which is great! The food was incredible, probably the best burgers we've ever eaten; all the flavors worked together and the portion sizes are great for the price. The only thing I would say, is that the burgers can get messy, so offering wet wipes would be useful as napkins don't do it justice sometimes. Also, the regular fries were very average, would be nicer to see them thicker and maybe with skin on. Service throughout the meal was perfect and although we didn't have dessert, their list of puddings looked incredible so will definitely save room the next time we visit, which hopefully will be very soon!

The food was fine, no problems it was just the personal appearence of the staff and their very bad personal hygeine habits. They looked scruffy and unkempt. Dirty aprons, torn trousers, some staff with shirts tucked in, some with them out, did not make for a great look.



Then for the most disturbing part. Out of the 5 servers on duty when we arrived, all had 5 o clock shadow beards, some a bit longer than others, looked dirty with no definition to them, just looked as if they could not have bothered shaving and two of them kept picking at the hairs in their chin constantly whilst talking to one another and two of them were constantly touching their noses.

This is an absolute no no. I would suggest senior management get these guys on a level 3 hygeine course and sort the staff uniforms out
