Went to Byrons for lunch yesterday for my stepdaughters birthday. The food is absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The staff are very friendly. When they realised we were celebrating a birthday they brought the birthday girl her burger out with a candle and sang happy birthday and gave her an Oreo milkshake on the house (it was more like a dessert!!). Yes you will pay more than you would at a fast food place but you get what you pay for and the burgers at Byrons are outstanding and if you go for the lunch meñu it's actually very good value for money. Will definitely be visiting again �

We took my son for his birthday. The food and service was great. The waitress overheard me say it was his birthday and they surprised him with and freskshake with and candle and sang happy birthday. They didn't charge for upgrading his milkshake.

This has to be my best place in Chelmsford right now- the service is fantastic , really polite. Milkshakes are yum!!!

They say their Proper Hamburgers - and they are! Can't believe there's talk of closing stores due to a saturated market & too much competition as in my opinion there is no competition as these burgers simply are the best! � �

Loved it in there..the waiter was really nice.nothing was to much trouble.we had a 1 year old and 15 month with us..the food was delicious. And the orio milk shake divine x

Had our first meal here with family on Valentine's Day, & it was devine. Service was very good & staff friendly & helpful. Even got a Rose on the way out. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, ultra quick service. Nachos to start were really fresh and plenty of toppings. The burgers are amazing! Can’t wait to go back

Didn't book but staff were helpful and found us a table within 5 minutes. They even set an outdoor table why we waited and took our order for drinks and starters. Once we moved indoors the atmosphere was great, burgers and sides arrived quickly and tasted fantastic! Warning to all: food is deceptively filling. I couldn't finish the milkshake (contains 5 scoops of ice cream) but they transferred it to a takeaway cup and added a shot of bourbon for free. Very happy!!

Best Burger i have ever had. Restaurant lovely and clean. Staff are so so nice, friendly, and polite.

Will be going back again and again.

Amazing Oreo milkshake!! Fantastic service, we were really looked after and the food was amazing.

The burgers here are the best around and you can normally always get a table with out a reservation and the staff are always friendly, however my only complaint and the only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the fact that we can have a starter finish it and receive our mains but still be waiting for a milkshake(although they are amazing when the finally get there) and this has happened every time I've eaten here!

First visit. Certainly won’t be our last! Delicious burger, smashed avacado, salad all scrummy. Pleasant, friendly service and value for money. Recommend.

Byron Burger, Sweet Potato Fries, Flex Burger and Fries, Side of Macaroni Cheese.....all very very good !

It was busy we ordered the food came quickly but they bought mains out whilst we still enjoying our nibbles. Burgers only ok to be honest I have had better but they weren’t bad I guess for family meal. Milkshakes nice. Kids enjoyed

Food is good, nothing overly special but all cooked well and delivered quickly. No problem with seating as we were having a late lunch. Staff were very attentive and service excellent. Would probably go back. It not on my "must do" list!

this is beause the food was fine but the staff was quick with the drinks and taking ur odered but as soon as ur starters are out there bringing ur mains as ur still eating as soon as we finished our main was in there 45 mins and was only 3 other tables i there never felt so rushed

Sorry, but based on our experience overpriced and overrated... burgers arrived before the nachos when queried we were offered to have the nachos whilst they kept our burgers! After some discussion they agreed to cook fresh burgers when we had finished our nachos although not sure they did as the burgers that did arrive were only luke warm and nothing special. The staff were friendly enough and apologised for their mistake but based on this visit we'll not be back. Much prefer Bills next door!

Burgers were rubbish tasted like frozen burgers, really disappointed expected a fresh juicy burger was really disappointing and the sweet potato fries were soggy and tasteless, only thing what was nice was the Nachos and nice fresh glass of Coke, very disappointed �
