Went with my three children, one of whom is extremely fussy and hardly eats anything. He polished off his entire burger and apparently you do the "tastiest chips ever" �. Food was lovely and really friendly waiter. Will definitely go again.

Went to see Tina Turner Musical Three of us so before show came across Byron more than pleased with service ,waiter was excellent and lovely too and one of the best Hambergers we have had so would not hesitate to go again.

We visited for an early dinner after mooching around London. I've been to the Kingston one before but it was my boyfriend's first visit. Staff were lovely, milkshakes were amazing, burgers and fries all came up to a great (I assume usual) standard and we really enjoyed the Big Band Sexual Healing track that was playing at one point! Not sure I like it when waiting staff ask if we want the change when taking cash payment - I think they should bring your change and then you just decide on leaving it etc but that was literally the only teeny downside!

The food was fab staff were so polite and helpful lovely atmosphere enjoyable meal would highly recommend ����

Service was great. Food came quickly, as did the bill when asked for. Quite loud and small tables (for 2) but that’s part of the ambience. Everything was very tasty, and great milkshakes!

Had the Byron burger it was the best burger I've ever had! Didn't want it to end! Never heard of these restaurants before so checked to see if there where any in Manchester nearer to us and there's 3 will definitely be going back and if we are back in London will be going again!

First time visiting here after seeing the Lion King at The Lyceum Theatre. The waiter we had was amazing! He got 6 of us seated together and saw to our every need. The burgers were spot on, the fries were cooked to perfection and the milkshakes (with a shot of Bailey's) were just gorgeous. Will be returning when we come back to London in the summer. 5*!

Awesome place! Best mushroom burger and onion rings I've ever had. Don't listen to the people that say they got their food slow. If you're going to the theatre then get there earlier! Don't blame the restaurant.

Table was a bit cramped, service good, food great, bit slow waiting for the bill after asking for it.

Omg it was to die for! Burgers were out of this world. Staff were friendly and efficient. The ONLY downside was the loud music. We did ask for it to be turned out which they did, slightly, but perhaps another choice of music would be better. After all it's not the Hard Rock Café but the level was almost on par.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable meal there yesterday, the service was great and we was left alone while we ate, my only mini moan was I didn't like the milkshake in the metal container as it tasted funny when I scooped the chocolate from the bottom and the straw I found very large, sorry � but we would definitely eat there again it was great food at reasonable prices

I was in a rush to get to lion king and I was super hungry so it may have been for that reason that I was being impatient but we were in and out in under 45 minutes because I asked for the bill as we were receiving our food. Waiter was friendly, maybe a little too friendly as he was training someone. But overall really nice food good atmosphere nice staff and not too expensive, meal came under £40 so all in all good lunch. Would definitely go again x

Good burgers, you order fries separately. The bacon and cheese ones were great although the cheese had run through and pooled in the bottom of the fries holder

First visit, the food was gorgeous, especially the courgette fries. The staff were very attentive and the experience overall was very good!

Have eaten @ a lot of Byrons, but this one was not one of your best. Got my order completely wrong & waited 25 minutes for our drinks to be told there was no strawberry ice cream for a milkshake. My tea was cold but replaced straight away. Food great once it arrived. No brownie for desert, the reason, it had been eaten by lots of kids in the meal deal 😳 Ice cream float had 1 minuscule scoop, never had 1 scoop before 😳 Asked for another. My husbands katte was a black coffee! You couldn't make it up! Our waitress said she would speak to the manager & the result was they took the tea £1.95 off the bill!!! Will eat @ a Byrons again, as good value & food is usually great, just not this one.
