Wojtek Gurak is a contemporary architecture photographer with experience gained taking pictures on 3 continents, in 15 countries, in + 55 cities over 5 years, resulted in a rich portfolio of buildings designed by world's renowned architects. As guest speaker at architecture festivals (Gdynia, Wroclaw) and conferences (Stockholm), with an understanding of the importance of visual communication in A /E /C industry, my aim is to popularise contemporary architecture through a wide range of media. Published in architecture books and print magazines across Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia, as well as online, reaching + 2, 5 million views on Flickr and 1000 Facebook fans. Works exhibited in the USA (Center for Architecture /AIA New York Chapter, Virginia Center for Architecture), the UK (Love Architecture Festival, Royal Institute of British Architects Hub, Manchester Architects Design Awards, Lancaster District Design Awards), Sweden (Plat11 Architecture Conference), Switzerland (Vögele Kultur Zentrum) and Poland (Academy of Fine Arts Wroclaw, Gdynia Weekend of Architecture). Finalist awarded by juries of international photography competitions: International Photography Awards, Chartered Institute of Building and Photographer's Forum.
