What is better on a sunny day than sitting watching the boats go by on Thames and eating a delicious meal.

User

We went on Sunday, which was very cold and hardly any customers. However that did not stop the warm friendly greeting and great service. The food was amazing but a little more expensive than our usual Sunday night take away. £50 a head for 3 course meal and drinks. Would love to go again but will have to save up the pennies

User

This is our favourite restaurant and couldn't think of a better place to eat on Mother's day. The food was as good as ever. We will be back

User

My husband and I have started dining here on our way home from work as the early menu offers such good value for money. Yesterday we thoroughly enjoyed the Anniversary menu.

The staff are always professional and attentive

User

I went for dinner with my son and his girlfriend. We had fish, duck and beef; absolutely amazing! The food, the service, the ambience - outstanding! A must if you're in the area!

User

Had a fantastic meal! The staff were so helpful & attentive, offering food choice options. I haven't enjoyed a meal like this in a long time, so so good!

User

Best service I have seen in kingston area and great food too as for location ...it's simple devine especially on sunny day with chilled white wine ! Heaven 🍸🍾

User

Another great meal at this eating place. We have been to several Cote Brasserie before but first visit to the Kingston branch, as we have now moved from South Oxon to Weybridge. Although it was a busy Saturday lunchtime with glorious sunshine, the service was excellent accompanied by a nice bottle of cold white wine. We wil definitely be back.

@[667270621:Derrian Bradder] treated me to a lovely birthday meal at CÔTE, the food was lovely and the service was second to none. The waiters sang happy birthday to me and a dessert on the house. Thank you very much

User

We had our office Christmas meal here on Thursday, the food was excellent, and service very good too. I love the setting by the river. It has been one of the few restaurants that seem to be full most days!

User

We had booked , but it wasn't down in the book ,however we were soon shown to a table..Service was very good and in no time we had a drink and our food order taken.

Food arrived hot and well presented .We all enjoyed our meal except for a screaming child nearby.I wish some parents would respect others and take their child outside when it starts to literally scream the place down. I would recommend this restaurant for its service and food .

User

Visited on a Wednesday lunchtime, could not believe how busy it was and the level of noise from other diners in the restaurant, couldn't hear yourself speak, but...the food was excellent and the staff lovely :D

User

Lovely location. Lunch menu excellent value with good attentive service. 5 stars would have been awarded had the melon been served ripe and with a melon spoon. My second and third course of lunch menu good quality at exceptional value.

Both friends whom I invited were pleased with the two course lunch menu option and said they would both return.

Additionally, staff catered well for my food allergy, taking time to ask further questions and receipt clearly starting my issues.

Alfresco eating - felt like being on the Rivera

Three happy customers.

User

Had an amazing Saturday lunch!

Staff friendly & helpful, made our 7 year old companion feel special. The place was heaving but we were offered drinks straight away, and after our order was taken the wait for our delicious food was only 20 minutes. Prices very reasonable. Can't wait for a return visit

User

Another lovely meal at Cote -Never fails in service and food quality it may be at another location but the standard is just a good as Bluewater . Delightful lunch catching up with friends by the riverside it is the 2nd time I had lunch at Kingston brunch and it has not disappointed me . Yesterday cote was almost full up compared to nearby restaurants

User

Went solo for quick fixed price menu. Very efficient two tasty courses with two large glasses of red, a bottle of water, will definitely go again Nice spot near the river!

User

We went for breakfast and when I asked the manager if it was a free table for two in the terrace, he raised his right hand, walked on and he told me he was busy. First experience like that in my whole life. We won’t be back.

User

Was dining for lunch with a important friend, but service was tooooooo slow...it was busy during lunch, but was over 25 mins in total waiting time for drinks and also to order everything 😤😠 hand to even gesture to a waiting staff to come over

The waiting staff are well too slow!

Train your staff to be faster or recruit more staff....simple!

User

It wasn't the best experience we've had at this Côte, several things made me question if I would bother going back to this particular restaurant.

1. Our pots of tea only arrived at the table after we had finished our breakfast despite asking twice.

2. When our breakfasts were ready they were paraded around the restaurant to different tables, inside and out as the server had no idea who they were for, needless to say that by the time they arrived they were only lukewarm.

3. The pastries we ordered (ideally to have as a kind of starter) didn't arrive at all but were still present on the bill.

All of this wasn't really the end of the world and the manager did apologise but it kind of took the shine off what is usually and favourite place to dine out.
