Rude lady told me without a word of explanation to go wait outside with my dog when i entered the shop. Guess it had something to do with the customer inside with an aggressive dog. Why should I be treated badly because others have issues.

Lovely people and i can always get the pet food that i need

if you have small pets this is a no go, i have two house rabbits and wanted to buy a few toys and treats, very disappointed,hubby and i just walked back out.

would recommend for dogs, cats, not in toys really, just on food and some treats. i did notice they had buggies, dont really like to see animals for sale in pet shops, more than enough in shelterers waiting for adopting.

bit of a shame this shop is not going with the times, people dont just own dogs and cat knower days.

We found this petshop great and the delivery service is second to none.Would recommend to anyone. Pete and Betty and Oscar (a big wonderful ginger tom!)
