C2C Heritage was launched in January 2018, to develop a private practice that seeks to assist all historic property owners from lowly rural buildings to our great estates with a particular passion for ecclesiastical buildings. The team is led by Chartered Architectural Technologist and a CIAT Accredited Conservationist, Nicola Davies. Trained in architecture and building conservation (2000), Nicola has spent the past 18 years with leading conservation architects, having provided services to broad client base, with the intention on focusing on key areas of interest. ~ Quinquennial surveys and other aspects of ecclesiastical work. ~ Schedules of work and maintenance planning. ~ Small repair items to full alteration and repair schemes. ~ Heritage planning, enforcement, and unauthorised works to is a growing area of work.
